Don't Look Back (Much)

I don't do resolutions and I have a hard time doing a wrap-up post for the year. It's been a very challenging year, preceded by another challenging year, preceded by yet another challenging year. This time I'd like to be a bit proactive and try to meet the coming year with some proactive planning.
